HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOUR VENUE ACCOMMODATE? Ardenwood can accommodate up to 80 guests for indoor events and up to 200 guests for covered and outdoor events
DOES ARDENWOOD HAVE A PREFERRED VENDORS LIST? Yes, we have a preferred vendors list but we are open to outside vendors with venue approval
DO WE REQUIRE EVENT INSURANCE? Yes, we require a Special Events Liability Insurance listing H&T Holdings LLC dba Ardenwood Farm as additionally insured
IS ARDENWOOD FARM HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE? We have handicap accessible ceremony and reception amenities on the premises and ADA compliant parking and restrooms are available.
DOES ARDENWOOD REQUIRE A DAY OF COORDINATOR? Yes, we require a professional day-of event coordinator and professional, licensed caterer of your choosing
HOW CLOSE IS THE PARKING AREA? Guest parking is located directly behind the venue; a short and easy walk to the ceremony and reception areas.
CAN I BRING MY PET? Certain pets are permitted during the ceremony & reception They must be leashed, cleaned up after, and removed from the premises upon the event conclusion.
IS THERE WI-FI SERVICE AVAILABLE? We currently have Wi-Fi available in the main barn only.
IS SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED? Smoking is not allowed anywhere at Ardenwood and vaping is allowed only at designated outside areas.
DO WE REQUIRE TRASH REMOVAL? Yes, we will provide trash bags and containers on site. It is the responsibility of you and/or your caterers/vendors to remove trash and recycling.
DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS? We currently do not have on-site lodging available. Please refer to the “lodging” section on our Preferred Vendor List
IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IN THE AREA? While Lyft and Uber do provide drivers around here, there are several shuttling service options available as well.
ARE THERE NOISE ORDINANCES OR TIME RESTRAINTS? We do not have noise ordinances, however, out of respect to our neighbors, we do require music to be terminated no later than 10pm on weekends and 9pm on weekdays.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN VENDORS? While we encourage use of vendors from our preferred vendor list, you may also bring your own vendors. Off-list vendors must be able to provide proof of insurance.
